1. Orders, Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product being out of stock, errors in product information or pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full before order processing. We accept through PayPal, Wisepay, MoneyGram, Western Union, Swift Code, Bank Transfer, etc.
2. Export, Shipping & Customs
We export our products internationally. Delivery times depend on the destination country, courier service, and customs clearance.
Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or related fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier service failures, wrong addresses supplied by the buyer, or other events beyond our control.
3. Product Condition & Descriptions
We try to ensure that the products, designs, colors, sizes, and other attributes are described as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variances and other factors, there may be slight differences.
All items are checked for quality before dispatch. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
4. Exchange Policy (15-Day Exchange)
You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date you receive the product.
To be eligible for exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags/packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Exchanges are possible only if the required item (size, color, model) is in stock.
Shipping/handling charges for returning the item for exchange are to be borne by the customer, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
We do not issue refunds; only exchange of products is allowed under this policy.
5. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos and order details within 3 days delivery.
If verified, we will arrange replacement at no extra cost.
6. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
