Return & Refund Policy

At Mady Enterprises, we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching export orders to ensure safe international delivery.

Due to the nature of international trade, returns and refunds for export orders are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible for Claims:
• Product received is damaged during transit  
• Product received is defective  
• Wrong product received  

Claim Requirements:
• Customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.  
• The video must clearly show the outer packaging, inner packaging, product, and invoice.  
• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Claim Timeline:
• All claims for export orders must be raised within 7 days of delivery.  

Refund / Replacement Process:
• Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Mady Enterprises may offer a replacement shipment or refund at its discretion.  
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.  

Non-Eligible Cases:
• Change of mind  
• Minor color or design variations  
• Products used, altered, or damaged after delivery  
• Delays caused by customs or courier partners  

International return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
